Winter is not far off the horizon, and for a country like Ukraine that has long, tough winters, this year is particularly worrisome. With Ukraine's relationship with Russia virtually nonexistent and its gas and coal supplies running low, the Ukrainian government is worrying about how they are going to heat buildings and have reliable electricity through the winter.
