On February 27, Sky News Arabia reported that initial results from the Iranian parliamentary elections showed that reformers were leading in the polls. The initial results proved true as final results showed that reformist allies of current Iranian President Hassan Rouhani won a landslide victory, taking all 30 parliamentary seats.
