Israeli business publication Globes is reporting, that despite a quick respite, Israeli apartment prices are on the rise. The Central Bureau of Statistics announced a 0.5% increase for the months of January and February. Globes reported that home prices rose by 6.3% over the past year and attributed the price falls in November and December to a government fixed price buyers program.
