I was feeling a bit patriotic this weekend, so I thought it'd be a cool idea to break down the 1977 version of the Soviet National anthem. Interestingly, the anthem's lyrics were changed in 1977 to remove references to Stalin. Think what you want about the USSR, but they wrote a damn good anthem!
