On April 1, BBC Arabic reported that Catholic Church authorities agreed to restore the Islamic reference to the Cordoba-Mosque Cathedral in the southern Spanish city of Cordoba. Going forward, the building will be referred to as the Mosque-Cathedral Monument Complex instead of just the Cordoba Cathedral.
