On November 29, Ynet reported on the new amendment to the "Infiltrator's Law" that deals with refugees being held in detention centers. The amendment limits the period of time an individual can be held to 20 months. Also, employers of foreigners must deposit a severance package on the accounts of the employees that will be returned to the employer when the foreign worker leaves Israel.
