On September 1, Walla News reported on a meeting between Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas and members of Hamas in Qatar. Abbas disagreed with Hamas' methods and blamed them for causing a disruption in the negotiations with Israel. He warned that if the US and Israel don't agree to his proposal concerning drafting borders, he would dismantle the PA and force Israel to take total responsibility of the occupation.
