Israeli cuisine is extremely diverse due to its many influences, whether they be Middle Eastern, European, or American. Walking through Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, you’ll find every sort of restaurant, which means that you must be prepared to order in Hebrew for any possible food type. In this course, you’ll learn some core food and cooking-related vocabulary in Hebrew. The lessons for this course cover braiding a Challah, making homemade pita bread, prepping fish at home, stuffed grape leaves, and making restaurant quality hummus.
