A controversial pro-Putin biker gang from Russia known as the "Night Wolves" has been offered free land in the Crimean port city of Sevastopol to build "a multipurpose recreation center for extreme sports." The biker gang recently went on a tour of Europe to celebrate the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany in World War 2 and ended their journey by participating in Victory Day festivities in Sevastopol.
