It looks like Russia's population may have taken its obsession with taking selfies a bit too far. In an attempt to counter what it considers to be a major problem, the Russian government has begun to issue an instruction booklet with advice on safe selfie practices following several incidents where individuals were either killed or seriously injured while attempting to take a selfie. Selfie-addiction is also being treated by psychiatrists in Russia and may soon end up on the country's official list of diseases.
