Vladimir Putin approved the shipment of sophisticated air-defense missile systems to Iran on Monday. He did so by signing a decree ending a self-imposed ban on the shipments. The international community, including the White House, is quite alarmed at such a move and has expressed its adamant disapproval of Russia's actions.
