On December 18, Ynet reported that Jordan, on behalf of the Palestinian Authority, presented a timetable detailing the full withdrawal of Israeli troops from the West Bank. The Palestinians prefer to talk about this only after five temporary members join the UN security council. Additionally, the Justice Court in Luxembourg has temporarily removed Hamas from the European Union's list of terror organizations.
