Iranian Nuclear Deal Deadline

Lesson Brief Maariv
On March 31st, Maariv reported on the last day of talks between Iran and the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Russia, and China. The midday deadline on Tuesday March 31st means that the issues of enriched uranium storage and at what rate to remove sanctions on Iran must be solved. France claims that however much security is lessened more supervision will be necessary on Iranians nuclear program. As it stands, the agreement will last for ten years. A couple of interesting words in this set are ישורת אחרונה - "a final stretch" or "home stretch" and מגעים which literally means "contacts" but here can be translated as "talks" or "negotiations".
