The Munich Security Conference took place from February 12th -14th, 2016 in Munich, Germany. This year the themes are mainly about solving the Syria crisis. Moreover, Russian Prime Minister Medvedev spoke and reiterated that Russia is open to dialogue on Ukraine and Syria if the West wanted to negotiate.
