Holocaust survivor Max Mannheimmer passes away

On September 24, Mako reported that prominent Holocaust survivor and author Max Mannheimer passed away in a Munich hospital. Mannheimer lost most of his family in the Holocaust and survived the Dachau concentration camp. After the Holocaust, Mannheimer became an advocate for Holocaust survivors and won many prizes for his efforts, to which he dedicated his life. The exercises below will prepare you to read the article and listen to the attached video.
