On September 16th, Maariv announced that Hamas officials had arrested those individuals they believe responsible for the rocket fire into Israel on Tuesday night. Since the ceasefire on August 26th, this is the first rocket to have been fired into Israel by Hamas. According to southern residents of Israel, while unwelcome, the attack is not unexpected.
