The Chuppah is the traditional Jewish wedding canopy, under which the bride and groom are married. The Chuppah consist of four poles and is traditionally covered by some sort of cloth or the Jewish garment known as a tallit. The first reference to the Chuppah is in the Talmud and it is present at most Jewish weddings.
