On August 10, As Safir reported on recent rumors in the Italian Press that former Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi has offered to sell a villa in an upscale area of Sardinia to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef Al Saud. This villa has seen such company as George Bush and Vladamir Putin as well as some of the disgraced former PM's lavish sex parties. The asking price is EUR 500 million.
