Two days ago, Presidents Obama and Putin took some time to speak at the APEC Summit in Lima, Peru. In Obama's last foreign trip as US president, the two spoke of continuing the work to deescalate the situations in Syria and Ukraine. Putin also thanked Obama for always being respectful and invited him to Russia any time he wanted.
